Position Summary

The Director, Industry Consulting, North America spearheads the Pre-Sales function in the NA region. Industry Consulting is an active participant in the sales cycle at Bamboo Rose.   This role requires deep Industry expertise and understanding. Industry Consulting strives to become a trusted advisers to our  customers while delivering on the complete presales value cycle: from account planning and demand generation activity, to diagnostics / assessments, presentations, business case development, and demonstrations. In addition, this role will have a close working  relationship with product and marketing to give input into our industry model and work with product on the introduction of new capabilities and releases  to ensure that our presentations of product align with our marketing message and and GTM strategy.

Key Functions and Requirements

  • Work collaboratively to establish Industry Consulting strategy and best practices
  • Lead, mentor, and development Industry Consulting team members
  • Establish strong executive level relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Support demand generation events for prospects – usually in the form of virtual or face-to-face presentations and/or demo’s
  • Coordinate and respond to customer RFIs/RFPs
  • Participate in account strategy sessions
  • Meet with customers, conduct assessments, and learn enough about them to determine Bamboo Rose fit and how to deliver presentation and demo content most effectively
  • Develop Bamboo Rose-specific value proposition hypotheses that clearly articulate “why do something, why now, why Bamboo Rose?”
  • Identify business improvement opportunities and express the differentiated business case of implementing Bamboo Rose
  • Deliver webcasts and live demonstrations including configuration and data set up fit specific customer requirements.
  • Communicate the customer’s business requirements to the implementation team to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 8+ years of demonstrated presales / solutions experience at a major business application software company
  • Work experience or exposure to Retail or Brand Manufacturing industries preferred
  • Knowledge of competitive retail technology solutions
  • Ability to conduct and present solution assessment engagements including business case generation.
  • Ability to build a strong working relationship with prospects and sales teams
  • Exhibit credibility, charisma, and passion in all customer-facing presentations
  • Possess high integrity, a can-do attitude, teamwork, and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams

Sales Director – West

Bamboo Rose is the leading multi-enterprise product and supply chain platform connecting the retail community to help retailers and suppliers bring great products to market faster, more efficiently and at higher margins. 

Our B2B platform simplifies the product creation and delivery process. It combines a digital Marketplace, PLM, Sourcing, PO Management, GTM, and Financing, all supported by intelligent engines for optimization, costing, and scheduling across the platform. Bamboo Rose serves over 250K user members across 85 major retailers, 400 brands, 35,000 suppliers and service providers as they discover, develop, and deliver products @ digital speed.  

Due to recent success, we have launched multiple searches to continue to grow our Sales team to expand our footprint. We’re actively adding Sales Directors across North America.

This role is responsible for sales to Named Accounts and/or Geographic area.  It’s an exciting role, integral to scaling our business and driving revenue growth. The ideal person must demonstrate deep business understanding of the retail industry vertical and possess a track record of success selling enterprise business applications. This position will take part in identifying salient market segments for Bamboo Rose and lead the effort to introduce our solution and guide the sales process to successful closure.  This position is an excellent opportunity to help further build and grow a global enterprise software organization. Business Development Representative

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to support Bamboo Rose’s global sales and marketing teams. Think of this role as one-part sales, one-part marketing, and two-parts awesomeness. The mission of this key team member is: to provide the sales team with introductions to the most exciting retail accounts around the globe.

There are three primary areas this person supports: producing quality leads for the Account Executives, analyzing target business needs, and acquiring a working knowledge of the Bamboo Rose solution capabilities. This critical team member will work closely with a seasoned Account Executive to build creative and personal campaigns within key retail targets. Training and development feature heavily in this role allowing for quick progression within Bamboo Rose.

  • Coordinating with sales leadership and executive management to define sales campaign initiatives

Email Marketing Specialist

Position Summary:

Bamboo Rose is seeking an experienced and motivated Email Marketing Specialist to support our continued revenue growth. This is a key role to help expand our efforts in generating and nurturing leads for sales pipeline acceleration.

The ideal candidate is a Pardot and Salesforce.com power user and has experience scheduling, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for the strategic operation of Pardot including list building and segmentation, email communications, nurturing, A/B testing, and integration with Salesforce.

If you love to create and manage campaigns to warm and convert leads, this role is for you. You must also have a passion for setting goals, tracking metrics and campaign effectiveness, communicating results and optimizing campaigns for better performance.

Salesforce/Pardot experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of Pardot including: email campaigns, automations, drip campaigns, targeted prospecting emails, reporting, CRM integration, monitoring, and reporting
  • Develop an email marketing calendar that is aligned with sales and marketing goals
  • Deliver and execute analytics/performance tracking, A/B testing, list segmentation, and CRM integration
  • Build Pardot and Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide visibility into results to measure effectiveness and provide alternate strategies
  • Track KPIs per campaign, including, open rates, click-through rate, unsubs, and trends on a monthly/quarterly bases
  • Consistently monitor and maintain data quality in Pardot and Salesforce.com

Director, Customer Success

Bamboo Rose is looking for a Director, Customer Success to build enablement, adoption, and retention of the Marketplace platform with our retail customers.  In this role, you will manage customer Marketplace engagement  with retailers and their suppliers throughout the customer life cycle, from consideration and adoption of our solutions to continuing usage of our services. You’ll play a key role in creating programs designed to attract and drive retail customers to adopt the Marketplace platform. You will also build, maintain, and grow long-lasting Marketplace customer loyalty and retention.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage adoption, enablement and retention for assigned retailer and suppliers on the Marketplace
  • Research, examine, and apply industry best practices for maintaining customer engagement and adoption
  • Partner with Account Executive and support Account plans, including definition and support of sales activities

Senior Implementation Consultant

Position Summary:

The Senior Implementation Consultant will partner with Bamboo Roses’ customer key business users and IT organizations to design and implement value-added business solutions.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Bamboo Rose software expertise to customers and implementation partners.
  • Provide best-practice input in the definition of customer’s “to-be” business processes.
  • Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for customers, demonstrating the capabilities of the Bamboo Rose product suite.
  • Configure our multi-enterprise product and supply chain platform to support the customer’s business processes.
  • Work closely with customer and implementation partner team members in the definition and execution of test scripts.
  • Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and communicate progress regularly to Bamboo Rose team or implementation partner project manager.
  • Work with Bamboo Rose design, development and quality assurance teams to ensure the customer’s software solution needs are met.
  • Prepare process, installation, operating procedure and user/trainer training documentation.

The Cloud Operations Engineer is responsible for the global deployments of the Bamboo Rose platform. Bamboo Rose cloud operations team is a group of motivated engineers, across multiple offices working on building a top-notch cloud delivery platform for Bamboo Rose solutions. We achieve this by adopting best practices such as Infrastructure-as-code and maintaining the ability to keep the lights on while delivering applications in multiple regions.
