Content and Product Marketing Writer

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Content and Product Marketing Writer. This person will be in charge of creating content for Bamboo Rose, including blogs, product overviews, web copy, videos, case studies, white papers, industry reports, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an exceptional eye for detail, a passional for retail and technology, a grammar and spelling perfectionist, and must be comfortable working with several different cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly and succinctly explain Bamboo Rose’s technology and features
  • Create engaging and intelligent copy for our marketing and sales collateral, including:
    • Customer case studies
    • Blog posts
    • Emails
    • Social media campaigns
    • White papers and reports
    • Data sheets/product overviews
    • Educational how-tos
    • Website copy (product pages, landing pages)
    • Sales collateral
    • Brand assets
    • RFPs
    • Product releases
  • Manage all steps of writing projects, from understanding project objective and information gathering to content development, review, and editing
  • Ensure that all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product and solution marketing writing in technology, preferably B2B SaaS software
  • Outstanding communication skills—verbal, writing and collaboration, as demonstrated in the interview process
  • Track record of delivering results with speed and quality
  • Undergraduate degree with strong writing skills (or other major with experience in tech marketing)
  • A true passion for writing

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Retail technology, cloud, Saas software, product development software preferred
  • Good understanding of the above market spaces, including current trends and competitive dynamics
  • Amazing writing skills, and the ability to switch between instructional product and casual, blog-friendly styles
  • Meticulous attention to detail with outstanding proofreading, fact-checking, and editing skills

Sr. Customer Success Manager

Position Summary:
At Bamboo Rose Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for driving user enablement, adoption, and helping customers realize ongoing business value from our products. CSMs work alongside customers to understand their specific needs and coach them on the best ways to use the Bamboo Rose Platform to solve them.

The CSM is will build and leverage industry expertise to coach, consult, and coordinate with clients to maximize usage of our products. The CSM will gain product expertise and focus on helping our clients continually improve their product adoption and ROI.

As a Senior CSM, you will be responsible for coaching existing team members in Customer Success (CS) best practices and working to create and refine existing CS best practices at Bamboo Rose.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • ROI-focused quarterback for a select portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Drive usage, adoption and value realization in order to meet or exceed adoption and net retention targets by executing on Success Plans, playbooks, and Customer Journey

Position Summary

The Director of Industry Consulting is an active participant in the sales cycle at Bamboo Rose. The Director of Industry Consulting strives to become a trusted advisor to customers while delivering on the complete presales value cycle: from account planning and demand generation activity, to diagnostics/assessments, presentations, business case development, and demonstrations. Position located out of our Boston area offices or out of the Mid-West.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

  • Support demand generation events for prospects – usually in the form of virtual or face-to-face presentations and/or demos
  • Coordinate and respond to customer RFIs/RFPs
  • Participate in account strategy sessions
  • Meet with customers, conduct assessments, and learn enough about them to determine Bamboo Rose fit and how to deliver presentation and demo content most effectively
  • Develop Bamboo Rose-specific value proposition hypotheses that clearly articulate “why do something, why now, why Bamboo Rose?”
  • Identify business improvement opportunities and express the differentiated business case of implementing Bamboo Rose
  • Deliver webcasts and live demonstrations including configuration and data set up fit specific customer requirements

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years of demonstrated presales experience at a major application software company

Senior UI Developer

Position Summary

Collaborate closely with all team members; Operations, UX, and development, research and recommend patterns and UI structures to the design and development teams based on the stated needs of end-users and Bamboo Rose business goals. Communicate concepts clearly and iteratively at every stage of the process. Create discrete prototypes based on wireframes for proof of concept and upfront usability testing (Firework, Axure, HTML, or other lightweight prototyping tools). Develop artifacts with dynamic contents in mind; CCS/JS artifacts must run efficiently on client browser (Consideration for size of CSS/JS files, performance of JS code a must.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Management Systems, Business Administration, or other quantitative field and five years of experience in UI development. Employer will also accept an Associate’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Management Systems, Business Administration, or other quantitative field and six years of experience in UI development.
